Life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum, post abortion, birth trauma, miscarriage, still birth, infant/child loss, other Grief/Loss, fertility concerns, motherhood, empty nesting, later life transitions and meaning making, other trauma, and relationship/marital dynamics.
Our providers are trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and more!
